On the bathroom mirror, on the frige, wherever works for you. That way you are constantly reminded about what you are working towards. Maybe even it's a picture of you and Julia biking together or something like that.<br />I know you've been doing interval training, which I love and think can really help for plateaus. I would recommend this website--I get lots of fun exercise ideas here and a lot of there workouts are under 20min. www.bodyrock.tv.
